Site Problems

Alright as some of us know, We have some site bugs me and my Co-Admin must correct
So please leave your bug you found and we will fix ASAP

* Every time you log onto the chat, the box is black along with the font, can't see what your saying lest you change the font color.
* Also, every time you post something, you have to click a box for your signature to show up.
* One more thing, every time when you go to edit/delete/moderate a forum. All the buttons are black along with the lettering, Hard to see what your doing if at all. Deleted a thread by accident because of this.
* This one isn't a bug, But where are the over all site rules?

Most of these problems can be fixed on the administration control panel. The text of when it says to post and preview is something i could look into but might be hard because it could be part of the css code.
